  1. What products are part of the recall?

Below is a list of the products impacted by the Stanley 1913 voluntary lid recall.

2. Where can I find the product identification number on the product?

The product identification number is located on the bottom of the mug.

3. I don't want the lid replacement; can I get a refund?

As part of the recall remedy, we are offering a lid replacement that will work with the existing product. If you have further questions, please contact Stanley 1913 at [866-792-5445] between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

4. I used to have the product, but I threw it away, can I get a refund?

We are offering a lid replacement that will work with the existing product, we can send you a lid replacement, but you will need your existing product to replace the product.  We are not sending out replacement products. 

5. How do I get a replacement lid? 

Verify your Switchback or Trigger Action Travel Mug product is affected by looking at the base of your travel mug and confirm if any of the above 20#s match. If your product is affected, please fill out the form on the website https://www.Stanley1913TMrecall.expertinquiry.com to receive your replacement lid. Replacement products will be sent after Stanley 1913's receipt and validation of the recalled products.

6. Can I take my product back to the store to get a refund?​

No, do not return your product to the store.  Replacement products will be sent by Stanley 1913 upon receipt of a recall claim form and validation of recalled products.  Please fill out the form on the website https://www.Stanley1913TMrecall.expertinquiry.com to receive your replacement lid

7. I sent you all my information, and I have not received anything back.  What is the status of my replacement?

All products will ship within six -eight weeks from the date all information was verified and processed by the Stanley 1913 team. 

8. Can I continue using the product until I get my lid replacement? 

We ask that all customers in possession of either recalled product to immediately stop use of their Switchback and Trigger Action travel mugs.

9. How long will it take to get my replacement?

All products will ship within six -eight weeks from the date all information was verified and processed by the Stanley 1913 team.

10. I don't have one of the impacted products that you are recalling but I have this other Stanley 1913 product, and I think it is just as unsafe, can you replace that too?

Currently, we are replacing lids for impacted Switchback and Trigger Action Travel Mug products.  If you have questions regarding a different product, please contact Stanley 1913 at [866-792-5445] between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

11. Will I be reimbursed for the inconvenience of not being able to use a product I purchased?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please fill out the form on the website to receive a replacement lid.    If you have further questions, please contact Stanley 1913 at [866-792-5445] between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

12. My product appears to be okay. Can I continue to use the products until the lid replacement arrives?
